2. Appointments & Consultations
We offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery session for prospective clients. Appointments may be scheduled via our website, by phone, or through authorized calendar links. Appointments are subject to availability. By booking an appointment you agree to provide accurate contact details and to be available at the scheduled time.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees for services will be agreed upon in writing prior to delivery. Payment methods, due dates, and cancellation/refund policies will be described in the client engagement agreement provided at the start of services. If payments are not received as agreed, we reserve the right to pause or terminate services.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients should provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel consultations. Appointments cancelled without reasonable notice may incur fees. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases we will attempt to notify the client and offer an alternative time slot.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or login information and for all activity under your accounts.
6. Confidentiality & Data
We will treat client information as confidential and use reasonable measures to protect it. However, electronic communications and data storage are not perfectly secure; by using our services you acknowledge this limitation. We will comply with lawful requests from authorities as required. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs, code) is our property or licensed to us, unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
